Registered Nurse in-home visit to observe/assess the patients clinical status, instruct in the Plan of Care & provide treatment ordered by the physician

Licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate the need for intervention & to establish a Plan of Treatment
Licensed Speech Therapist to evaluate the need for intervention & to establish a Plan of Treatment
